Privacy
What happens to your designs and information when you use Carnation Craft Suite.
Your designs
The Suite runs in your browser. Your pages, uploaded images and saved verses are stored in your browser's own storage on your computer. They are not uploaded to us. Files you save or export go wherever you choose to save them.
No accounts or tracking
You do not need an account. The Suite does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Our web host
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a request and your IP address, to keep the service secure and working.
Feature requests and bug reports
If you request a feature or report a bug, we receive what you type, any screenshot you attach, and technical details about your browser and screen. Your name and email are optional; we only use them to reply to you. Messages arrive by email and are deleted once we have dealt with them.
Purchases
When purchases are available, payment will be handled by a specialist payment provider, and we will update this notice to name them.
